CloseSooner stores inspection PDFs and the action plans we generate so you can download them from your dashboard. Those files are private to your account. Brokerage admins can see jobs that belong to their office.

The property address is used to find nearby contractors and is printed on your client's plan. We do not send that address to the contractors we list.

Sign-in is a one-time email code. We keep a normalized form of your email so the free report can be limited to one per person, including Gmail dot and plus-tag variants.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs, not card numbers.
